Butte Star offers western riding lessons for children 4 and older, as well as adults. Owner and trainer Joe Handy has operated BSR for almost two decades and has built up a wonderful team of trainers over the years. Here on the ranch you will learn the fundamentals of riding from beginner to the intermediate level and our lesson horses are perfect for any level of rider. Every lesson is private and our trainers do ride with you which is very helpful for visual learning.
We offer 30 minute and 1 hours riding lessons. Our 30 minute rides are perfect for younger riders.
