Booking The Venue Includes:

  • Wedding Barn (150 Max Cap)
  • Horseshoe Lounge (small barn)
  • Grass Areas
  • Restrooms
  • Kitchen
  • Bridal Cottage
  • Parking i.e. Ball Field
  • No tables, chairs, or linens provided

Venue Times

  • Set-up & decorating the day prior 8:00am-9:00pm
  • The day of the event 7:00am-11:00pm 
  • The day after for clean up by 12 noon

Wedding Venue

Want something more unique for your special day? With 20 acres at the base of the Sutter Buttes, you get a beautiful countryside mountain view with a romantic rustic feel.  It is the perfect back drop to capture that start of your new life.  It is our number one priority to make sure you and your guests feel welcome and comfortable for the big event!

Venue Fees & Requirements:

  •  $3,250 to $5,000 (up to 150 guest) additional guests are $10.00 each
  • $700.00 Cleaning security deposit refundable after walk-through of venue
  • 3-Day Binder insurance policy provided by you through an insurance company.

Booking Your Event:

  • ​Half down to reserve your date (non-refundable
  • 2nd half is due 90 days prior to your event

Butte Star Ranch

Bridle Cottage:

  • Provided the day of your event 7:00 am - 10:00 pm.
  • There is a cleaning checklist to ensure full refund of your deposit.
  • We do offer the cottage to rent for $150.00 per night.  
  • Please reserve at least 30 days in advance. Check out time is 12 noon.
